Can I pick a player before my turn in Player Draft?

Yes, when the pick is uncontested: it must fit your squad rules and no manager ahead of you in the pick order can legally take that player.

Player Draft supports out-of-turn picks so you don’t have to wait on sleepers nobody else can use. The server checks three things: your squad isn’t full, the player satisfies your role limits and max-per-team cap, and every manager whose turn comes before your next scheduled pick cannot legally add that player.

If Manager B is on the clock but only needs midfielders and you want a defender, you may be able to take that defender immediately when no one between the current pick and your next slot can use them. Early picks do not advance the draft clock or skip the active drafter — they just add the player to your squad.

In the draft room, eligible players show a gold PICK NOW — NO WAIT button. If the button isn’t there, someone ahead of you can still take that player on their turn.
