By accessing or using FootballDream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

FootballDream is a free-to-play fantasy football platform offering Match Predictor, Player Draft, Team Draft, and other game modes. All games are for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered or won on this platform. Fantasy scores and predictions are not financial advice and carry no monetary value.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account via our contact form. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to manipulate game outcomes through cheating, exploits, or collusion
• Impersonate other users or create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without permission
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Points in FootballDream are virtual and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or recalculate scores at any time if errors occur in data sourcing or calculation. Leaderboard positions may change after score corrections.

All predictions, fantasy scores, player rankings, and game results on FootballDream are generated for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, sports betting, or investment advice of any kind. You acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk and that the platform bears no responsibility for any decisions you make based on content from the Service.

All content on FootballDream, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to FootballDream and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Player names, club names, and statistics are used for informational and entertainment purposes under fair use principles.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SPORTS DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT DUE TO THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER LIMITATIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOOTBALLDREAM AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON FANTASY SCORES, PREDICTIONS, OR OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT FROM THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE EURO (€1) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

EU/EEA users: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law of your EU/EEA member state. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with such mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights shall prevail.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

In accordance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints related to Platform content and conduct:
